The PMHNP provides primary healthcare to individuals throughout the lifespan with mental health conditions, including physical and psychiatric assessment and ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Minimum Education Required:
Master’s level degree with a major in nursing; national certification as a PMHNP; Ohio State licensure as RN and APN; Ohio Prescriptive Authority and DEA License; two years practice experience as a PMHNP
