Psychosocial Therapies is seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join a growing team serving long-term care facilities in the Cleveland, Akron, and Canton, Ohio area. The role focuses on delivering high-quality psychiatric care to residents in skilled nursing and assisted living settings.

The PMHNP will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, conduct evaluations, manage medications, and ensure compliant documentation while traveling locally to assigned

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted PMHNP license in Ohio.
• Board Certification as PMHNP.
• DEA license.
• Minimum of one year psychiatric experience; geriatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment to residents in long-term care facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitionerlicense in the state of Ohio.
• Board Certification as aPsychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
• ActiveDEA license.
• Minimum of one year of psychiatric experience required; geriatric experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be willing and able totravel locally up to 1 to 1.5 hoursto assigned facilities.
