Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital in Brockton, MA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide inpatient care in the Psychiatry Department. The LPN will perform clinical duties, document care, administer medications, and support physicians and licensed providers.

Requirements include graduation from an approved LPN program, MA LPN license, and current BLS for Healthcare Providers. Preferred are 1–2 years of LPN experience and familiarity with Meditech, IDX, or AllScripts.

Formación

• Graduate of an approved practical nursing program.
• Licensed in Massachusetts as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers.

Responsabilidades

• Care for inpatients in the Psychiatry Department per policies.
• Assess patient acuity and communicate urgent needs to physicians.
• Document care in the electronic medical record and educate patients.
• Administer oral or injectable medications under physician orders.
• Assist with procedures and support a safe patient care environment.
