Confidential-APOLLO BEHAVIORAL HEALTH HOSPITAL LLC in Baton Rouge, LA seeks a Hospital Administrator to lead a 24-bed acute psychiatric facility with IPF and OPF programs. The role collaborates with the Medical Director, DON and CEO to ensure high-quality, compliant patient care and a strong community presence.

Starting base salary is $100,000+ per year with DOE and potential to grow to $300,000, plus benefits.

Qualificações

• Must have a baccalaureate degree in health care administration, nursing, social work, mental health, or equivalent.
• Must have a master's degree in Nursing/Social Work/Mental Health/Business Administration.
• Must have at least three years full-time hospital administration experience, preferably administrator at a psychiatric hospital.
• Must have at least five years of progressively responsible management position in healthcare.
• RN/NP/LCSW/MBA license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the overall operation of all programs in IPF and OPF.
• Collaborate with Medical Director, DON, and CEO to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain facility image in local and national organizations.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
• Promote community relations and chair related boards and committees.
• Monitor fiscal health and resources.
• Expand bed capacity from 24 beds to 48 beds or more.
• Grow outpatient service lines and census.
