Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Long Island, NY, is seeking a licensed PMHNP to join a collaborative clinician-centered team. You’ll provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and children, with support from built-in referrals and admin resources.

This role offers a generous compensation package ($145,000–$233,400+), a full benefits suite (medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA), a 401(k) with match, CEU budget, and PTO plus holidays. Office space is available on Long Island.

Qualifications

• Active, licensed PMHNP in NY.
• Active DEA license in NY.
• Active NPI number.
• Experience in direct clinical care.
• 2+ years of medication management with children, adolescents, or adults preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.

What You Bring

• Active, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in NY
• Active DEA license in NY
• Active NPI number
• Experience in direct clinical care
• 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
