Job summary

Anew Era TMS in Austin, TX is seeking an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to deliver direct psychiatric services in an outpatient setting. You will evaluate patients, establish rapport, and prescribe treatments within your scope of practice, including TMS when trained.

This full-time, on-site role requires ARNP licensure, a master's degree, and comfort working with patients who have substance use disorders. Expect 4-5 days per week with hourly pay of $70–$80, aligned with W2 employment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field required.
• ARNP licensure in the state of practice required.
• Proficient understanding of TMS treatment protocols.
• Willingness to learn and work with patients with substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate scheduled patients and document psychiatric history, medical history, and mental status.
• Establish rapport with patients and social system to support treatment recommendations.
• Prescribe and implement treatments within ARNP scope of practice.
• Complete records promptly, typically the same day or within one week.
• Code services ethically and align with billing policies.
• Maintain 80% productivity based on CPT time elements.
• Collaborate with clinicians and staff to provide quality care.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
