Santa Maria Hostel is seeking a Psychiatric Technician/Recovery Advocate Level 1 and 2 to support clients in their recovery journey. The role focuses on providing direct care, monitoring progress, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment in a Houston-based setting.

Responsibilities include leading group activities, crisis intervention when needed, and collaborating with clinical teams to support lasting recovery outcomes for individuals facing addiction and mental health challenges.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
