Job summary

The role reports to a Nurse Manager and/or Charge Nurse, collaborating with multiple departments to ensure patient safety, quality care, and effective crisis intervention, while maintaining clear communication with patients, families and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Crisis Response Training and CPR may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical, emotional & cognitive patient care in a safe manner.
• Liaison with hospital departments to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Demonstrates crisis intervention techniques.
• Observes and reports vital signs and patient data to staff.
