Your home unit would be Aspen, a high acuity adult focused unit. However, depending on staffing and census, you will always be the first to float to other units in need. Identifies specific person’s served needs and implements person’s served centered, compassionate care.* Functions as a clinical leader, delegating/coordinating staff assignments and promoting staff development.* Responsible for the utilization and continued review of patient care protocols, standards of practice, and standards of care. Gives input into process for improvement.* May be responsible in training direct care staff.* May be indirectly responsible for oversight of medication and physical health activities in a program.* May be responsible for scheduling, staffing, and obtaining pre-authorizations.* Responsible to role model the mission and values of the organization, presenting a professional image that is projected in appearance, attitudes and behaviors, time management and communication skills.
