Pine Rest is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Elm Unit - High Acuity Adults in Michigan. This full-time onsite role involves 12-hour shifts (7am–7:30pm) with every-other weekend and holiday rotation. A $14,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
The RN will perform nursing processes, supervise licensed and non-licensed staff, and provide compassionate patient care. Applicants should be licensed in Michigan; a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.

Elm will be your home unit. You will have 8 hours weekly there. For the rest of your hours, you will likely float to other units depending on staffing and patient census. As a Registered Nurse at Pine Rest, you’ll be part of tight-knit team that believes in the healing power of your expertise and compassion. An RN is responsible and accountable to perform the nursing process as a basis for patient care. RNs provide direction and oversight to other licensed and non-licensed staff. Education/Experience: Licensed to practice in the state of Michigan, Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred. May be required to have professional knowledge of psychiatric nursing theory as required through completion of education from an accredited school of nursing. Satisfactory previous clinical experience.
Work Schedule: This position is onsite and may require both weekend and holiday hours.
