Impact Health PC is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide psychiatric care to residents within Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Bangor, ME area. You will assess, diagnose, and manage psychiatric and behavioral health conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians, facility staff, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Flexible Monday–Friday schedule. No Nights, Weekends, Holidays, or On-Call.

Competenze

• Active PMHNP license/certification in Maine.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health care to adults.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care or related settings preferred.
• Strong psychiatric assessment, diagnostic, and medication management skills.
