Job summary

Palm Careers seeks a PMHNP to join a Behavioral Health Clinic in Northeastern Oregon. This full-time outpatient role involves medication management and patient education in a rural health clinic, with a 4/10 work schedule.

The provider must be licensed in Oregon or in the licensure process, and will contribute to comprehensive care for patients in the community. Availability to interview is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Oregon or in the process of licensure.
• PMHNP with experience in Behavioral Health and outpatient care.
• Outpatient Rural Health Clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric-mental health evaluations and treatment planning.
• Conduct medication management for patients including monitoring and adjustments.
• Educate patients and family members about conditions, treatment options, and follow-up.
