UC Health is seeking a Full-Time RN Supervisor for Psych Emergency Mental Health Services at the UC Medical Center. The role focuses on ensuring excellent patient care, expeditious patient flow, and supervision of nursing staff in a fast-paced psychiatric emergency setting.

The supervisor will contribute to staff evaluations, support cost containment, and uphold UC Health's standards of care and patient safety within a 24/7 on-site emotional health unit.

Qualifications

• BSN is required.
• 2 years clinical and progressive management experience preferred.
• Current Ohio nursing license and two years clinical psychiatry nursing experience required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise unit staff and mentor team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Manage shift staffing and resource allocation for efficient patient flow.
• Ensure compliance with EMTALA, HIPAA and other regulatory requirements and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
