Job summary

Lovelace Health System is hiring a Day shift, full-time Registered Nurse for the Adult Psych Behavioral Health Unit in Albuquerque, NM. You will provide direct patient care, oversee staff, and participate in safety and quality initiatives within a pivotal acute care setting.

The role requires NM nursing licensure, an Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing, and BLS; ACLS/PALS may be needed. A sign-on bonus up to $12,000 and relocation assistance are available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Licensed NM or NM compact license within 90 days of hire.
• BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer.
• ACLS and/or PALS may be required by department.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care and supervise assigned staff.
• May serve as Charge Nurse and ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• Adhere to hospital policies and patient care standards.
