Job summary

Sienna Senior Living is seeking a Personal Support Worker for Aspira Credit River Retirement Residence. This role involves night shift work (11:00pm–7:00am) in a caring, resident-focused environment, building meaningful relationships with residents and families.

You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and support residents’ safety and well-being, while collaborating with the care team to deliver compassionate, dignified living for seniors.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a Personal Support Worker program or be an Internationally Educated Nurse with recognized nursing degree
• Experience delivering bedside care, including activities of daily living
• Ability to maintain person-centered, respectful care and communication

You will build relationships with the residents and their family members, offering a variety of support options and program choices that enrich their daily health and well being. • You provide respectful, person-centered support to residents in their daily activities, including eating, dressing, personal hygiene, and grooming, following each resident’s individualized care plan

• You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
• You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
