Qualifications

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Effectively manages their territory, including conducting cold calls, building and strengthening relationships with customers, and expanding the customer base.

Provides or facilitates technical and educational support to customers, collaborating with other Ring Power technical and training experts to build credibility and advance customer learning about products, services and solutions.

Assists managers in developing annual goals and objectives for the market, including specific accounts, products and/or industries. With periodic progress reviews.

Develops and submits yearly territory forecast and plan for approval by manager.

Develops and maintains customer accounts, including establishing proper credit levels as well as tracking all sales opportunities and activities in the CRM and keeping records current.

Conducts her/himself as a professional: committing to personal and professional growth and learning; being honest, considerate and respectful; and maintaining a professional appearance.

Serves as the customer's primary contact for all parts and services programs, and to make sure that the customer is kept current on all of these programs. Manages fleet support and solely responsible for reporting customer opportunities and complex issues, routing them to the proper channels and ensuring resolution.

Collaborates with other Ring Power professionals, departments, and divisions on marketing, sales, service, and operations.

Performs other duties as assigned.
