Job summary

His House Childrens Home seeks a PSA Compliance Manager to oversee compliance related to sexual abuse prevention, incident assessment, and program adherence in a faith-based child welfare context. This is a full-time on-site role based in Opa Locka, FL.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services, or related fields, plus at least one year of program compliance experience in child welfare.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services or Social Service fields required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in Program Compliance within the child welfare system.
• State of Florida license or license eligible preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess incidents related to Sexual Abuse, Sexual Harassment and Inappropriate Sexual Behavior and ensure program compliance.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA Privacy Rule and program policies.

PSA Compliance Manager

The PSA (Prevention of Sexual Abuse) and Compliance Manager will assess incidents related to Sexual Abuse, Sexual Harassment and Inappropriate Sexual Behavior

Will ensure Program compliance with Preventing, Detecting and Responding to incidents.

This position is also responsible for ensuring compliance with the HIPPA Privacy Rule.

Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services or Social Service fields required

PLUS a minimum of one (1) year of experience working in Program Compliance within the child welfare system.

State of Florida License or License Eligible preferred.

Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and a good driving record.
