Job summary

SEGULA Technologies in Detroit, MI, seeks a PRS Program Manager to drive integration activities across the product lifecycle, aligning technical, cost, and timing goals. You will serve as the primary interface for program management deliverables and coordinate cross-functional teams globally.

We are seeking a highly motivated PRS Program Manager to drive integration activities and serve as the primary interface across program management deliverables. This role focuses on cross-functional alignment, managing key vehicle program metrics—including cost, timing, program planning, and launch support—and resolving technical issues across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Integration: Drive end-to-end integration activities and serve as the core point of contact for technical, cost, timing, and program planning issues.
• Launch & Issue Support: Support vehicle launch activities, facilitate cross-functional issue resolution, and track deliverables against key performance indicators (KPIs) and gate milestones.
• Global Coordination: Coordinate across multi-regional teams, participating in off‑hour global teleconferences and traveling regionally as required.
• Documentation & Process Management: Assist with engineering changes, cost roll‑ups, design validations, and program scorecards.
