• Earned terminal degree and a record of scholarship, teaching, and service.
• Progressively responsible senior academic leadership experience.
• Experience in developing graduate/professional programs at a primarily undergraduate liberal arts institution.
• Commitment to collaboration, collegiality, shared governance, faculty development.
• Valuing Siena’s Franciscan, Catholic mission and intellectual tradition.

Responsibilities

• Lead Siena to a level of academic rigor, strategic programmatic and enrollment growth, and student success.
• Collaborate closely with the President, faculty and staff to shape the university’s mission and values.
• Support both full-time and adjunct faculty and staff; promote faculty development.
• Advance academic programs and governance in a liberal arts context.
