Job summary

CACI is seeking a Provisioner & Maintenance Support in the Logistics domain to develop provisioning data, manage configuration and perform RCM analyses for sUSVs and combatant craft.

The role requires 7–12 years in military logistics, ability to obtain a Secret clearance and CAC with an active Flank Speed email, and experience with ICAPS, MBPS, and related government systems. You will support data packages, maintenance planning, and government PSRs.

Qualifications

• 7 to 12 years of specialized military logistics or maintenance planning experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance and CAC with an active Flank Speed email address.
• Experience with government logistic websites such as WebFLIS, Deckplate, ICAPS, CMPRO, CBSS21, MBPS
• Physical ability to walk, climb, and carry up to 30 lbs during inspections.
• Able to work in extreme weather environments ranging from below 32°F to above 90°F.

Responsibilities

• Data Development: Create Provisioning Technical Data (PTD) and Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP).
• Generate and maintain ICAPS data file exchange for Logistics Product Data (LPD).
• Develop work files to manage configuration-worthy items down to the RIC/HSC level per NAVSEA 9090-700.
• Perform onboard photo validation of installed equipment on boats and combatant craft.
• Provide configuration status accounting via MBPS; develop provisioning packages in ICAPs database.
• RCM Analysis Execution: Perform backfit and classic RCM analysis for hull, mechanical, electrical, electronics, and safety equipment per MIL-STD-3034A Appendix D.
• Develop RCM backfit forms or master tracking spreadsheets for every MRC; modify in PMSMIS; draft Word write-ups for Government POC.
• PSR Support: Review, research, and draft responses to PSRs; execute updates in PMSMIS; write project documents.
• Class Maintenance Plans: Develop a CMP in accordance with DI-PSSS-81823 when tasked.
