Job summary

Precise Systems is seeking a Logistician - Provisioning in Newport, Rhode Island to support Navy provisioning workflows and ensure accuracy in technical data and documentation.

The role requires in-person work, with responsibilities including PCCN reviews, DCN generation, APL updates, and collaboration with NAVSUP to maintain program readiness. A Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required, with a competitive benefits package and salary structure.

Qualifications

• Experience with provisioning efforts and NAVSUP, familiarity with provisioning processes, parts technical data, and systems like ICAPs.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner to support upcoming deadlines.
• Maintain high attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data.

Responsibilities

• Review technical documentation for accuracy and compliance per checklists.
• Review PCCNs from Source Providers and provide feedback as necessary.
• Investigate and document issues with APLs reported by IPTs.
• Generate PCCNs/DCNs after investigations.
• Ensure PCCNs/DCNs are incorporated into published APLs.
• Upload drawings and technical data to a shared NAVSUP repository.
• Review LRUs against PCCN deliveries and changes.
• Assist Supply Support Lead with the master provisioning tracker.
• Provide status updates in Supply/Provisioning meetings.
• Interface with Source Providers to ensure on-time provisioning.
• Track NAVSUP/DLA feedback for applicability across baselines.
