Job summary

Medica is a nonprofit health plan seeking a Provider Quality Program Manager II to coordinate provider quality initiatives and drive performance improvements across lines of business. The role partners with Quality, Clinical Provider Partnerships, Network Management, and operations to support incentive program administration, care gap closure, and quality reporting.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of healthcare quality or related experience, with strong project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 5+ years of work experience beyond degree in healthcare quality, provider relations, population health, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation and ongoing management of provider quality initiatives across assigned provider groups and lines of business.
• Support quality improvement strategies focused on Medicare Stars, Medicaid quality measures, and value-based care programs.
• Monitor program milestones, deliverables, and outcomes to ensure goals are met.
• Provide program management support for cross-functional quality improvement efforts.
• Synthesize insights to identify improvement opportunities and risks.
