Job summary

Bright Horizons is seeking a Provider Performance Specialist to support provider accounts by analyzing performance data, identifying improvement opportunities, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver capacity solutions.

This hybrid role requires in-person work at our Westminster, CO office. The position emphasizes data-driven decision making, quality standards, and collaborative execution to support families and clients we serve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3 years of Account management or similar experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity; prioritize and problem-solve.

Responsibilities

• Monitor basic performance metrics (fill rates, utilization, quality).
• Assess risk/opportunity within markets and providers; escalate as needed.
• Leverage data to inform actions; analyze demand trends and capacity.
• Identify causes of underperformance and share insights with management.
• Collaborate with BI, Operations, Product, and Contact Center to gather data for reporting.
• Prepare materials for business reviews with provider partners; summarize findings.
• Tell a clear data-driven story: what’s happening, why it matters, next steps.
• Set goals, track progress against QBR actions; tailor QBRs by provider/market.
• Work with providers to deliver right-sized capacity solutions by care type, age group, geography.
• Support rate discussions with understanding of performance and cost drivers.
