Job summary

Workplace Options is seeking a Network Recruitment and Development Specialist to grow the PPO provider network, negotiate rates, and orient new providers. This is a full-time position reporting to the VP of Provider Relations.

You will collaborate with clinical, accounting, and marketing divisions, assist in proposals, and maintain policies while improving regional provider coverage. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Three years provider relations experience required.
• Experience in managed care/PPO environment.
• Knowledge of mental health field and public relations preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to perform extensive telephone work.

Responsibilities

• Develop, expand, and maintain PPO network; identify providers and negotiate rates.
• Assist in provider orientations and regional training sessions.
• Liaise with providers, clients, patients; resolve problems promptly.
• Support Clinical, Accounting/Marketing divisions on contracts and proposals.
• Prepare reports and coordinate information on rates by region.
