Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 5+ years of reporting and / or data mining experience, beyond degree.
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Basic understanding of SQL.

Responsibilities

• Ensure provider data integrity and accuracy across PNOM systems; monitor, analyze, and resolve data quality issues.
• Manage data distribution to internal systems, vendors, and downstream consumers; validate data feeds.
• Collaborate with Tech and vendors to troubleshoot issues and translate requirements into data/system needs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline provider data processes and drive automation.
• Serve as a data subject-matter resource and share best practices with colleagues.
