This individual contributor role collaborates across the organization to deliver value-based contracting strategies that support business goals and strengthen the provider network. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in provider relations, contracting or managed care.
• Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong knowledge of problem-solving techniques.
• Highly organized with prioritization and ability to manage multiple negotiations.
• Candidates must reside in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract negotiations and manage provider relationships.
• Recruit providers to support network expansion and adequacy targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on provider compensation and pricing.
• Identify and manage cost issues and cost-saving initiatives.
• Represent the company with providers, groups, and health systems.
• Promote collaboration with internal partners.
• Develop and implement provider network strategic plans to meet contracting targets and manage costs.
• Coordinate interaction with providers and resolve issues on claims, contract interpretation, or provider data.
