The Provider Enrollment Specialist is responsible for ensuring healthcare providers are properly enrolled and credentialed with government and commercial payers to facilitate timely reimbursement. This role supports the organization by managing the provider enrollment process from application through approval, maintaining accurate provider records, and ensuring compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.
You should be highly detailed and comfortable navigating numerous online tools and resources. A strong communicator with both internal and external customers, have solid organizational skills, and can apply analytical skills to solving problems. Additionally to be successful in this role, you must have the ability to think critically about process workflows and process improvement.
This position is onsite in our Charleston, SC or Dallas, TX office.

At XiFin, we believe in pay transparency and fairness. The expected hourly range for this role is $20 to $24, based on your experience, skills, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the selection process and may vary accordingly.
