Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Provider Quality Analyst to join our fully remote U.S. team. In this role, you will review enrollment data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting client health programs.

You will work from a home office, with standard 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM hours, and collaborate with teammates to meet performance expectations in a flexible, growth-oriented environment. Experience in Medicaid is a plus.

What you should expect in this role

• This is a fully remote position that requires a dedicated home office or private workspace with a door to ensure a professional, distraction-free work environment. Employees must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with punctuality and reliable attendance being essential. The role requires the ability to maintain focus, meet performance expectations, and adhere to company policies while working remotely.
• Remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
• Remote role - required to have a home office or room with a door to separate from anyone in the house. Hours are 8am-5pm punctuality is a must.

The pay range for this position is $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
