Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Provider Enrollment Specialist in Parker, AZ to coordinate enrollment, revalidation, and credentialing activities for physicians and other providers across Medicare, AHCCCS, and commercial payers. This role ensures timely enrollment and audit-ready documentation to support compliant billing and reimbursement.

You will collaborate with medical staff, administration, revenue cycle, and payer representatives to maintain accurate provider records and active payer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of provider enrollment, credentialing, medical staff services, revenue cycle management, billing, or payer relations experience.
• Basic knowledge of provider enrollment and credentialing processes; understanding of Medicare, Medicaid/AHCCCS, and commercial payer requirements.
• Familiarity with CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and payer enrollment portals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage provider enrollment with Medicare, AHCCCS, commercial insurance plans, and other third-party payers.
• Prepare, complete, and submit enrollment applications accurately and within required timelines.
• Coordinate provider revalidations, reenrollments, and updates to ensure uninterrupted participation with payers.
• Maintain provider demographic information across all payer, regulatory, and organizational databases.
• Monitor application status and follow up with payers to resolve delays, deficiencies, and denials.
• Serve as the primary liaison between providers, hospital departments, and insurance carriers regarding enrollment matters.
