Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas is seeking a Quality Analyst to ensure provider records are accurate and compliant with regulatory standards. You will conduct data accuracy audits, log errors, and coordinate with the Provider Network team to implement improvements.

Training will be onsite for 90 days, after which you may work hybrid or onsite per policy. Applicants must reside in Kansas or Missouri or be willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• College courses in Business Administration or Management, Accounting or Communications preferred.
• Two years’ experience using advanced online systems and relational data files; MS Office and Adobe Acrobat knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Research and recommend quality improvements to ensure data accuracy in production records.
• Provide feedback to supervisors to improve system data accuracy.
• Serve as primary contact for provider data inquiries from regulators and internal audits.
• Identify and review statistically valid data samples for Provider Network team members.
• Track error categories and report corrective actions and system needs.
