Job summary

Sanford Health, based in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking an Associate Credentialing Specialist to support the credentialing process for initial and reappointment applications. You will manage provider files, verify credentials through primary sources, and maintain a system-wide data repository with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required or 2 years related experience.
• Credentialing, provider services, or healthcare admin experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and update provider files via online and paper credentialing applications.
• Obtain and evaluate primary source verification of credentials.
• Maintain current verifications that expire and communicate milestones to customers across Sanford.
• Coordinate work to meet regulatory and customer deadlines and minimize redundant efforts.
