Qualifications

• 0-2 years manufacturing/fabrication/CNC operation experience.
• 1+ years operating CNC waterjet equipment preferred.
• Experience with OMAX waterjet systems and software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC waterjet cutting machines per instructions and safety procedures.
• Operate and maintain OMAX waterjet equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Set up materials, fixtures, and cutting tables for production runs.
• Load and verify CNC programs and nesting layouts using OMAX software (Intelli-MAX/Layout/Make).
• Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and quality.
