Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Python and scripting.
• Experience in Linux environments with command-line tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Python-based test software, including development, deployment, and support.
• Develop and implement program-level test plans in collaboration with Engineering.
• Design and deploy automated test solutions for manufacturing, integration testing, and prototype bring-up.
• Execute end-of-line testing and prototype bring-up, including fault isolation, debugging, and repair support.
• Troubleshoot Android and Linux-based prototype devices using ADB, serial consoles, log analysis, and command-line utilities.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and systems engineers to diagnose issues across software and hardware.
• Maintain and update test coverage as product requirements evolve.
• Provision, configure, and validate hardware for testing and system bring-up.
• Oversee test data collection, validate data integrity, and support root cause analysis.
• Maintain lab systems, including PCs, engineering units, and custom hardware setups.
• Follow Business Technology policies to protect sensitive data and reduce information security occurrences.
