Job summary

Creare in Hanover, NH is seeking an experienced Machinist to join its R&D shop. You will program, set up, and operate Okuma mill/turns, developing fixtures and processes for aerospace and prototype hardware.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of machining experience, strong detail orientation, and collaborates with engineers to deliver high-precision parts. Starting salary $35-$42 per hour with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant machining experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to program, set up, and operate an Okuma mill/turn, with aerospace/prototype experience preferred.
• Experience with CNC and manual lathes/mills desired but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; creative mind and high energy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and other machinists to develop processes and fixtures.
• Machine parts with precision, including high-tolerance work.
• Inspect and verify finished components to specification.
