Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of Support Engineering or related work experience.
• Associate's degree and 2+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience.
• Completed advanced degree in a relevant field may be substituted for up to one year (Master’s = one year) of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hardware engineering teams on chip test platforms.
• Support prototype hardware bring-up, debug, and silicon validation activities.
• Troubleshoot platform hardware and ASIC issues using test scripts and lab instrumentation.
• Prepare technical reports to support engineering decision‑making.
