Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• 0-5 years of engineering experience.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle build processes.
• Basic experience with CATIA V5 and/or NX.
• Familiarity with TeamCenter.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Program management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to present information effectively to management and cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead part procurement activities for prototype builds across multiple programs.
• Coordinate supplier issue resolution to support project timelines.
• Provide prototype design support throughout build phases.
• Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Develop process sheets and build instructions for operators.
• Troubleshoot and resolve build floor issues impacting quality, engineering design, manufacturing processes, and timing.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Support prototype vehicle build planning and execution.
• Utilize engineering and program management processes to track build activities.
• Prepare presentations and communicate project updates to various levels of management.
