Job summary

We are seeking an Architectural Project Manager with commercial prototype project experiencefor a Prototype Architect position.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Fort Worth, TX.

The Project Manager will manage multiple prototype projects simultaneously including

• oversee and coordinate all stages of project execution, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• managing project team, construction admin, and site visits. T
• work closely with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with project goals and budgets.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Project Management and the ability to oversee all phases of a project from initiation to completion
• Experience with construction administration and ensuring compliance with architectural and regulatory standards
• ensuring effective coordination of resources and personnel
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
• Proficiency with AutoCAD/ Revit is a plus
• Masters or Bachelors degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experience with prototype retail/ commercial / restaurant projects is REQUIRED
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients
• Must have architecture experience with projects in the USA.
• Must be a US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or current Employment Authorization Document Holder with NO visa sponsorships required now or in the future.
