Job summary

Crebit Pay, Inc. is building the off-chain protocol powering FX hedges for fintechs, neobanks, and consumers. You will own the rate-lock state machine across quote, lock, settle, expire, and refund, and ship Go or Rust services with blazing performance.

You will design public REST and webhook APIs for fintech customers, build the liquidity matching layer, and ensure p99 < 50ms quote generation under load in our SF office.

Qualifications

• Experience building production financial systems (exchanges, payments, or treasury infra).
• Familiar with invariants and correctness reasoning.
• Experience with Solana RPC or Geth/Reth internals.
• Proficient in Go or Rust for backend services.

Responsibilities

Job description

Build the off-chain protocol that powers Crebit's FX hedges: quote engine, lock state machine, settlement orchestrator.

You'll design APIs that fintech customers integrate, the matching logic that pairs liquidity, and the queueing primitives that keep everything safe under load.

About the role

We're a small team building the FX layer that powers cross-border money for fintechs, neobanks, and consumers in 10+ countries. You'll be early: your code will be in production within your first two weeks.

You might be a fit if

• You've built production financial systems, exchange, payments, or treasury infra.
• You read TLA+ for fun (or at least know when to reach for it).
• You think in invariants: "this number should never go negative, here's why."
• You've worked with Solana RPC or Geth/Reth internals at some point.

What you'll do

• Own the rate-lock state machine across quote / lock / settle / expire / refund.
• Build the liquidity matching layer that pairs hedge requests with our book.
• Ship Go or Rust services that hit p99 < 50ms on quote generation.
• Design the public REST + webhook API our fintech customers use.
• $250K + equity, plus generous early equity.
