Job summary

GRVTY is seeking experienced Protocol Analysts to work directly with signals analysis, preferably related to communications signals (e.g. bitstream analysis, waveform analysis, protocol analysis), network troubleshooting, and/or network security analysis.

This role requires active TS/SCI with a polygraph and a strong foundation in engineering or related technical fields. Maryland-based position with competitive pay and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in signals analysis, waveform analysis, network troubleshooting, network traffic characterization, and/or network security analysis.
• Ability to understand signal characteristics to determine signal structure, define parameters, and model signal behavior.
• Strong demonstrated performance with networking and protocols is required.
• Experience with RF signal analysis is preferred.
• COMINT/ELINT/FISINT experience is a plus.
• R&D mindset with weapons and space domain exposure.

Responsibilities

• Owns analysis tasks related to signals, waveform, and protocol analysis.
• Interpret signal characteristics to define parameters and model behavior.
• Demonstrate strong networking/protocol expertise in practical scenarios.
• Seek experience with RF signal analysis and related domains.
• Leverage COMINT/ELINT/FISINT knowledge as a plus.
• Contribute to R&D efforts in weapons and space domains.

GRVTY is seeking experienced Protocol Analysts to work directly with signals analysis, preferably related to communications signals (e.g. bitstream analysis, waveform analysis, protocol analysis), network troubleshooting, network traffic characterization, and/or network security analysis.

What You'll be Owning

• Experience in signals analysis, waveform analysis, network troubleshooting, network traffic characterization, and/or network security analysis.
• Understanding signal characteristics to determine signal structure, define parameters, model signal behavior.
• Strong demonstrated performance with Networking and protocols is required.
• Seeking experience with RF signal analysis.
• COMINT, ELINT, FISNT experience on top is a plus.
• R&D flair, weapons and space (AWCP T&E)

What You Must Have

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• Doctoral degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree with 6 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree 8 years of relevant experience.
• Associate's degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
• HS diploma or GED with 12 years of experience will be considered for those who have completed one of the following military training courses:
  1. 451 (Intermediate Signals Analysis)
  2. 452 (Advanced Signals Analysis)
  3. Participated in or graduated from Military COMINT Signals Analysis Program (MCSAP).
• Bachelor's degree must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, a Physical Science, or related technical field.
