Responsibilities

• Operate basic lab equipment and prepare buffers, solutions and reagents.
• Perform PCR, cloning, and DNA prep.
• Conduct immunoassays such as Western, ELISA, and protein arrays.
• Perform mammalian cell culture.
• Process samples with a liquid handling system.
• Perform protein expression and purification.
