Job summary

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a master’s program for the full co-op term.
• Strong wet-lab and documentation skills.
• Experience with protein purification/characterization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Purify proteins to required reagents’ quality using chromatography.
• Characterize proteins with SDS-PAGE, SEC, and BLI assays.
• Assist mammalian expression in CHO/HEK cells.
• Maintain accurate lab records and summarize results.
• Present updates at research meetings.
