Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant customer service is required.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Demonstrated teamwork and ownership of tasks.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Flexibility to work varied hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on Wild Fork Foods and product knowledge.
• Provide a butcher-friendly shopping experience with personalized guidance.
• Assist customers at checkout and deliver a memorable experience.
• Stock and inventory duties including lifting up to 50 lb and keeping shelves organized.
• Oversee price changes and operate the cash register as needed.
• Process ecommerce orders and coordinate timely product handouts for deliveries.
• Work in cold environments, including walk-in freezers.
• Perform other related duties as required.
