Job summary

Pilgrim’s in Moorefield, WV is seeking a dedicated team member to continuously monitor the cooking process to ensure a high-quality product. You will observe and enforce safety, quality and food safety policies while maintaining a cooperative atmosphere with coworkers and leadership teams.

• Monitors – Feed rate, temperature, cooker level, discharge rate, presses, and Centrifuge boiler and Scrubber alarms.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

Will be responsible to continuously monitor all aspects of the 260 cooking process to insure a quality product

• Observe and enforce all company personnel, quality, safety and food safety policies.
• Maintains a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you work effectively and cooperatively with customers, clients, coworkers and leadership teams.
• Recognizes and acts on incidents and safety risks. Consistently practices and enforces safe work habits and drives those habits throughout the organization.
• Does not leave the premises until job is complete.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
• Duties and Responsibilities listed below include, but are not limited to:
  • Monitors – Feed rate, temperature, cooker level, discharge rate, presses, and Centrifuge boiler and Scrubber alarms.
