The Protégé Program

The Protégé program is designed to give young stylists who recently graduated and are licensed an opportunity for advanced education under the supervision of our team of seasoned stylists.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to use your time for profitability and success.
• Participate in 90 days of advanced education, including one‑on‑one workshops and training with Master Stylists.
• Refine skills in advanced color formulation and application, specialty hair coloring, perms, precision cuts for women and men, advanced blow‑dry styling, time utilization, and salon etiquette.

Salary and Hours

Part or Full Time.

$12+ per hour, plus potential increases based on 90‑day evaluation.
