QuikTrip Corporation is seeking a Division Protective Services Specialist for the Tempe/ Phoenix area. The role provides both physical and administrative security services to safeguard employees, customers, vendors, and property while preserving QT’s brand as the convenience store destination of choice.

The position also involves researching and documenting security incidents on QT property, coordinating responses with Corporate Security, and maintaining auditable case files.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• State-specific security officer certification as required.
• First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior security checks of store grounds and non-store facilities.
• Coordinate security responses and notify Corporate Security Operations Center as needed.
• Ensure access control and secure sensitive areas; document findings and communicate with leadership.
• Lead investigations and prepare incident case files; assist law enforcement when required.
• Manage Lost and Found property per policy and conduct 24/7 recall readiness as needed.
• Complete required training including firearms safety, use-of-force policies, and drug screenings.
