Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related clinical field with supervised practice.
• Experience coordinating with multiple agencies and stakeholders is desirable.
• Strong communication and documentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations to determine eligibility for psychiatric care and services.
• Conduct regular in-person visits in jail, hospital, inpatient units, and community settings within and outside the City and County of San Francisco.
• Provide crisis interventions during business hours or after hours and complete timely court reports.
