Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or closely related field.
• One year experience as a social worker with Bachelor's in any field.
• Valid Driver's License in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Assess client health and safety within their environment based on social history, intake, and observation.
• Determine immediate risks to health and safety and take appropriate action.
• Coordinate with child protection team (legal, medical, law enforcement) to determine maltreatment and necessary interventions.
• Prepare reports and actions taken during assessments and court-related documentation.
• Provide ongoing services to reduce risk and complete assessments within required timeframes.
