Janus Global is seeking experienced security instructors to train U.S. contractors and Local Nationals in Lafayette, Louisiana. You will manage training in both classroom and field environments, ensuring the integration of Local Nationals into protective security operations.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in personal security and teaching roles. This role involves working in various challenging environments and requires a valid U.S. driver's license and passport. Physical fitness is essential for fulfilling the job duties.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen with a valid driver's license and passport.
• At least two years' experience as a security instructor.
• Five years' experience in protective security assignments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct integration training for Local Nationals (LNs).
• Direct and mentor integrated LN protective security personnel.
• Coordinate training and firearms requalifications for LNs.
