Job summary

SOC LLC is seeking a Shift Leader (P) in Virginia to supervise protective security teams and coordinate security operations on a daily basis. The role requires ensuring coverage of PRS assignments and readiness of QRF teams, including radio-communication-led responses during movements.

The candidate should have at least five years in protective security, supervisory experience, and weapons qualification in line with WPS III standards, along with passing fitness tests and overseas travel

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in protective security assignments.
• Experience in supervisory role or PSS on WPS III contracts.
• Training and qualification requirements including weapon familiarity and fitness testing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct protective security operations on a day-to-day basis.
• Directly supervise protective security specialists, including QRF members.
• Ensure all PRS and detail assignments are covered and operate according to schedule.
• Ensure QRF assignments are covered and ready to respond.
• Direct and control response actions via radio communications during movements and motorcades.
