The Protective Security Officer will safeguard federal property and employees from theft, damage, hazards, or interference. They will conduct periodic tours to check protection devices and fire control equipment and enforce regulations for personnel, visitors, and premises. Candidates must meet applicable licensing requirements, be able to speak, read, and write coherent English, be 21 years old, and be a U.S.

citizen. Two years of security guard experience or a DD214 equivalent are required.
